Vinit currently holds multi-family assets in the states of New Jersey, Arizona, Georgia, Florida, Texas, & North Carolina. He is a licensed Real Estate agent in New Jersey & New York. Vinit has served as a treasurer and president of a 250+ unit luxury condominium for 4 years. Vinit’s expertise is in strong management and increasing the operating income for the properties. He holds a Masters degree in Computer Science.
Vishal Arora, CFA
Vishal Arora, CFA is a Real Estate Entrepreneur and experienced in multifamily investments. Vishal is the Co-Founder of BridgeGaps Real Estate – a firm specialized in investing in multifamily in the southeastern United States. Vishal’s currently invested in more than 500 units across North Carolina, Florida, and Georgia.
Vishal’s past experience includes working on Wall Street for 13 years for Standard and Poor’s where he oversaw Mergers and Acquisitions and Joint Ventures with other exchanges and data companies that S&P Dow Jones Indices acquired/merged with. He also ran the Custom Portfolios and Fixed Income design teams that had more than USD 100 Billion of products tied to them. Vishal has an undergraduate degree in Computer Science and he is a Charter Financial Analyst.
